Ashley & Peter | Wedding At Rocky Top Lodge

A number of years ago I was wearing a white tuxedo in a stretch SUV limo with the rest of a bridal party headed out to take some photos.  The driver of the monstrous vehicle navigated doing a hard turn onto a long driveway that stretched up a hill into the woods.  I had absolutely no idea where we were headed that day but was blown away when we got their.  We pulled up to an amazing and large log cabin with tremendously well landscaped property that included a huge waterfall, various patios, gazebos and more.  I had the very best chicken I have ever had that day.  On Saturday, when I turned on a driveway headed up through the woods to the Rocky Top Lodge, I realized it was the incredible log cabin with the amazing chicken.  It was a pretty incredible wedding.  The chicken was just as good.  Ashley and Peter are very much in love and their kindness and warmth is infectious.  They tied the knot on the grounds and danced into the night.  You would have seen these guys on the blog a few weeks ago leading up this wedding for an engagement shoot, but the weather had other plans!  Fortunately, this wedding had some of the best weather ever!
