California | The Mojave Desert | Las Vegas | Genesis | Valley of Fire

I landed in San Diego on a Saturday night.  After visiting my good friends Tia & Brad I ventured up the Old Coastal Highway following the sunset up to Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles.  I stayed with another old friend in LA, saw some sights and took off in the early morning for Vegas by way of The Mojave Desert.  After an amazing four hours in the desert with the top down I finally arrived at the Genesis Workshop in Las Vegas.  Three intensive days of instruction later and I had captured some shots at the Workshop, Vegas at night and even the Hoover Dam at 1am.  I topped the trip off with a day at the Valley of Fire about an hour north east of Vegas before flying the red eye home.  It was the trip of a life time.  Here are some selections.
